Solving “the Internet Problem” for Southwest Washington
EST. 1997
Back in 2018, rural Clark County residents were stuck with slow, unreliable Internet. They tried reaching out to the big providers for help—but no one showed up.
So, we built it ourselves.
We started with the Ammeter Fiber Network, bringing 50 Mbps speeds to areas that had been left behind with 1-3 Mbps. For the first time, people could work from home, stream in HD, and enjoy the modern Internet experience they’d been promised. That success sparked something bigger. In 2020, we rebranded as NocTel Fiber and committed to bringing real Internet to even more communities. And not just 50 Mbps, but full speed like you’d expect in any major city.
NocTel Fiber began with a simple mission: deliver fast, reliable Internet to the neighborhoods others won’t.
Fiber Built for the Pacific Northwest
Fiber isn’t just fast—it’s the best. It’s built to handle anything and is the only technology that’s future-proof. When major changes come slow to the hills and forests of Clark and Skamania counties, future-proof matters.
That’s why when we expand, we don’t cut corners. We trench through rocky terrain, run lines underground to protect the beauty of our neighborhoods, and even use aerial technology to get you connected faster. It’s all about building a network that’s as reliable as it is fast.
